Our services

Each project is governed by a written proposal setting out the scope, stages, fees and programme. Where that proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes precedence.

Fees are quoted per stage and are payable in line with the proposal. Third-party costs such as planning application fees, building control fees and specialist consultant reports are additional unless expressly stated.

Planning outcomes

We prepare and submit applications with care and give honest advice on likely outcomes, but planning decisions rest with your local authority. We cannot guarantee that permission will be granted.

Cost guidance

Any build cost ranges we give are indicative guidance to help you plan, based on comparable London projects. They are not quotations. Construction costs are set by the contractor you appoint.

Intellectual property

Copyright in drawings, visualisations and documents we produce remains with us. On payment of the relevant fees you receive a licence to use them for the purposes of the project they were prepared for.

Third-party introductions

Where we introduce builders, structural engineers or other consultants, they are appointed by you directly and are responsible for their own work. We receive no referral commission for these introductions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
